Jewish Women’s Grief Circle & Sound Bath

Sunday, March 2nd
6:30 to 8:30pm
Private Residence in Pasadena

This event is FREE, though donations are appreciated. All donations will go to an organization supporting children and families impacted by Oct 7 attacks.

Open to all Jewish women to grieve, share, and comfort each other in this difficult time. Non-Jewish women who would like to show their support by bearing witness to our grief, to demonstrate your support and allyship to your Jewish community members who need a reminder we are not alone, are absolutely welcome and encouraged to join.

We are mourning Kfir, Ariel & Oded. We are mourning all who were murdered on Oct 7th and crying out in prayer for the remaining hostages, we are crying out for Shiri, still not returned, a mother. She is us. They are all, us. Let us come together as a collective and have a space and time dedicated for this sacred grief, an opportunity to practice having hope, faith and resilience. May our allies show up and demonstrate how committed they are to standing up to antisemitism and that they will NOT stay silent. To show their commitment to #NeverAgain.

There are holes in our hearts so big, it’s hard to imagine any sense of healing- by coming together in this way, hopefully we can begin to, even just slightly, tend to these tender wounds with love and care. Am Yisrael Chai. 🇮🇱🎗️

Winter Soundbath & Circle for Mamas

Monday, January 13
6:30 to 8:30pm
Sylvia’s House in Pasadena, address sent upon registration
Exchange: $33

This intimate gathering invites mamas to release the pressures of January and the need to be productive and instead lean into the natural intuitive act of turning inward. Let us be cozy and lean into the organic hibernation we are meant to experience, together in community. Enjoy a relaxing soundbath by the fire, drink some tea and snack on home baked goodies. Gather with mothers in circle as we were always meant to do.

For mamas at any stage in motherhood, seeking connection and a good dose of self care, this event is a soulful way to honor yourself and gently step into the year ahead.
